Protected valleys and hillsides dotting the South Shore, the Annapolis Valley, the Malagash Peninsula and Marble Mountain in Cape Breton are particularly well suited to growing gorgeous, cool climate grapes because our long fall, stretching into late October, allows grapes to ripen slowly, increasing their flavour intensity.
